Polyacrylic Acid (PAA), manufactured by ZEEL PRODUCT (Vadodara, Gujarat) under brand code ZEELCHEM™ 1000, is a high-performance anionic polyelectrolyte homopolymer liquid with low molecular weight (2,000 – 5,000 g/mol) and 48% to 50% active solid content. It operates via threshold inhibition, lattice crystal distortion, and electrostatic particle dispersion to prevent calcium carbonate (CaCO3), calcium sulfate (CaSO4), calcium phosphate, and zinc scale deposition in industrial cooling water towers, boilers, RO systems, sugar evaporators, ceramics, and textile processing up to 300°C.
