Use of products

Products are intended mainly for industrial and institutional use.
Once delivered, the buyer is responsible for preventing misuse, and for testing, using, manufacturing and marketing products to the standard of a reasonably expert professional and in compliance with all applicable laws.
We test our products but take no responsibility for how they are applied.
The buyer must check hazards, assess risks and warn its own customers and handlers, including freight staff.
If the buyer repackages, relabels or changes the use of a product, the buyer must verify the product details.

Pricing

Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice. Please check current prices before ordering. The price in a confirmed order is final. GST and freight are shown on the proforma invoice.

Shipping

The shipping method depends on the delivery address and product; we choose the transporter or courier.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 days; remote locations up to 10–12 days. These are estimates, and we are not liable for delays outside our control.
Door delivery and transport-godown delivery are both available.
Title and risk pass to the buyer once products leave our premises. We are not obliged to insure orders; transit loss or damage is borne by the buyer, who must still pay in full.
We currently ship within India only.
Preferred transporters include V Trans India Ltd, Lalji Mulji Transport, ARC Ltd, Kerala Roadways Ltd, TCI Freight, Bhavana Roadways, Surat Ahmedabad Transport, OM Ravi Transport, Calcutta Ahmedabad Roadways and Uma Transport. Preferred couriers include Shri Tirupati Courier, DTDC, Maruti Courier Service and Anjanee Courier Service.

Returns and cancellation

Returns are accepted only if the delivered product differs from the product ordered.
Inspect products on receipt and contact us within 2 days of delivery using the returns request form.
We decide whether a claim is valid. Refunds are issued after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless we approve in writing; otherwise the full order amount is payable.

Jurisdiction

Subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.
